Jobs I can find that pay 9+ you either need to work construction, which no offense but I can't speak Spanish (its texas), or you need to work as a Telemarketer.
Night shifts at walmart might get that pay also, but I'm not sure.
I go to a community college right now so there is no housing help what so ever and the cheapest apartment with in 20 minute drive is 650 a month for single bedroom. With 16 hours for spring semester there was no way I could survive on the pay most places pay here... That is why I am jealous becuase if I was making 9+ oh man...

Have you not got an xbox 360? If you have , the game will work on your 360. I played it a couple of times when i first got my 360, but without any game saves on my 360, I couldnt be bothered to play it anymore.

Rendezvous enables stereos, cool, I cant wait until people go wardriving for stereos. I hope that you have to do something with the remote control, or on the box to "tune" into rendezvous, otherwise people in apartments can have alot of fun sending obnoxious stuff to other peoples stereos.
I'll start sending "Speed Racer" by Alpha Team, or you can rip the audio from a porn video. I hope that philips thinks this through. Oh, yeah, with the TV, that could be fun. It would be like fight club. 24th of a second images of porn.

I have a Ti667 and I'm wondering where the seecond battery would go? The internal optical drive is a must. Mabie they would give us two smaller batts with the current capacity so we could swap them on the go. Then again, you really just need to put the computer to sleep to swap them now. :cool:

Right now, I'm very disappointed at the speed of it. I know that my specs aren't tops, but I'm running on an AMD Duron 1.10GHZ 384MB RAM system. So far, I've been trying to load up disk utility for 20 minutes. I think they need to work on this program a bit better. With virtual PC, you can run that on a 400MHz G3 Mac, and it emulates Windows quite well. Why doesn't Mac come out with something so you can emulate Mac OS X on Mac for testing environments, such as servers?
Heck PearPC runs better! How do I know? I took screens of it, and the installation went WAY WAY faster than this.

You always want more power there then needed. So for example when I build a computer if it needs 200 Watts. Then I would put a 300-400 watt power supply in it. At least thats what I do. So apple will have put to much power in there. However I do not know how much is to much. So it should have enough to run all video cards, sound cards, CPU, fans, cd-rom plus a couple hundred watts. So you are never going to use all that power if you are folding. You would have to test to see how much it actually uses.

Ubuntu is the way to go! It's Debian based, which means GREAT apt-get support. If you don't know what apt-get is, it's basically a fast, stable, easy way to install packages. It even downloads it for you. From my experience, it's fairly light-weight as well. http://www.ubuntu.com/
DON'T get an ATI card. It doesn't work well with Linux.

As I understand it, the issue of using music in your wedding video has nothing to do with breaking DRM, but instead with violating copyright. Even you get the music off of a CD, it would still be illegal.
That was a poor example, I admit. The wedding video situation is fairly complicated, depending on whether you're selling the video (which doesn't seem to be the case) and on the manner in which the song is used. If the song is played in the background by a DJ and it winds up in your video, there's not really an issue. Putting it in in the editing process would fall under fair use for private viewing, but because it's something you're sending out, I can't say off the top of my head whether this is also fair use. You are protected under the law for making mix tapes and CDs, even if you give them away in small numbers. If you make a wedding video and send out two or three copies, I believe this is still considered private viewing. If you send out the video to more than a handful of wedding guests, then you are redistributing and have to obtain permission.

Yes, the Formac 2010 does have a lot going for it. If Apple doesn't give us something comparable or superior soon, I am likely to go with that, and I wouldn't buy less than that.
