What can I say Totay's tabletop papertowel holders "aren't doing the job." The new ones tip over or do not allow the paper towel to rip on the preforation, making you waste towels. The wall-mount is an old-fashioned solution to the paper towel problem. I purchased two and gave my boss one because the wall mounted in our office's kitchen broke and he needed a new one.
