Shoelace Paintings by Federico Uribe Posted: 26 Jan 2011 06:51 PM PST Federico Uribe from Miami makes his art by using colorful shoelaces to “paint.” His process is as painstaking as you can imagine. He carefully selects the string colors to use, weaves them together and pins each one to the canvas.
