Very happy with the purchase of this TP holder. Exactly what we were looking for. The quality is excellent and the oil rubbed bronze finish works beautifully with our other ORB products that are being used in the same bathroom. All parts(appropriate screws,mounting plate,instructions)were included. Highly recommend this product,price was very affordable considering the quality of the product. Only drawback was you get a plastic spindle, but I replaced it with a high quality metal one available through Gatco for $8.00.

I have been having a hard time matching items in my quest to redo my house with oil rubbed bronze hardware and fixtures. As many of you know, not all of the oil rubbed bronzes are the same. This matched perfectly with what I needed. It's hard to tell the exact color when you are looking online. This is dark with the "copper" or "reddish" undertone (not the gold undertone or the solid bronze or that weird "purple" color as you sometimes will find with less expensive items). My only issue was the bracket it came with didn't fit between my wall and the cement block behind it. Oh, and one of the long screws was slightly wider than the other so it wouldn't have fit into the bracket anyway. I was using a cutout that was there from a previous recessed paper holder so there were holes drilled into the block already. So I used the other matching screws (shorter) that came with it instead. It holds it in place just fine. Overall I am very pleased with the look and quality of the product.

I had just about given up on finding this particular item. All of the other ones were over $100. This was exactly what I was looking for at 1/4 of the price. Excellent product. Easy installation. Quality hardware included. I am very pleased. An answer to a big hole in my wall :)

I had a hard time finding this item because I needed a recessed unit which is a bit old fashioned for a "new" finish like oil-rubbed bronze. I figured I didn't have much to loose so I ordered it! I was so surprised at how nice the quality was. No need to spend a fortune on a "fancier" brand! I highly recommend this product and if I need anything else in te future, I would certainly order from this brand again!

I couldn't find any recessed oil rubbed bronze toilet paper holders in the stores so was pleased to find Millbridge made one. I was a little hesitant because I like to "see and feel" what I am buying but this turned out to be what I needed. It is approximately 6" square and 2" deep with a nice oil rubbed bronze finish but the little rod that you put through the toilet paper is dark brown plastic...it matches perfectly but if I had seen a company that made the little rod in metal I would have chosen that one over this. I did not look to see if any other companies have this type of product with a metal rod so I am happy with what I have. Fast delivery, securely packed and no problems. I would recommend the company and this product (but look around first to see if there is one with all metal first!)

I like this holder, only issue we had is the one arm that holds the spring bar for the toilet paper was not perfectly straight, not enough to be really noticeable. Other reviews said that the back support bar was not there and they had to be creative to install it. It wasn't a problem for us as our old one was still there. However ours came with the back support bar in the package. It was just what we needed as the only one in town we could find was 102.00. No Toilet paper holder is worth that and we did not want one that stuck out father into the room. We had to fill in the hole some from the old one but that was not problem to do. It will work and will match wonderfully. We are very pleased to find it at this price. Linda

When paying this much for a product, it sure would be nice if theyincluded everything needed to install it. It does not come witha backing plate to secure into the wall. If you don't have a studto secure it too, you have to get creative.

Loved the piece, but it doesn't come with bracket or instructions to install it. This means I had to purchase a separate recessed tp holder that came with bracket and directions. I couldn't find any brackets sold separately. It's a great price but I had to add on additional costs just to be able to use it. Everyone says they're easy to install, but w/o brackets it would need to be glued on....
