God is telling you to ditch that game.....
Maybe so! But unfortunately there isn't a single Wii game I really want to play right now besides Super Paper Mario...maybe when games like Trauma Center and Call of Duty III drop in price, I'll get those.
How charged does it say your batteries are? Is it possible that your batteries are coming loose in the casing? I've had that happen once or twice when my batteries are about to run out.
Can't speak for the other days, but I can say that for today, the batteries were NiMH rechargables with a full energy gauge when I started playing about 2 hours ago. I also don't see how the batteries can become "loose;" they all seem nice and snuggly there, and the remote seems to work fine because I was able to press the plus sign to pause the game when my running back began to run circles...

my new dual came with 256. MacMall adds 512 to that for a total of 768, with a $39 install charge. Let's not forget that apple charges you sales tax too.
Why on earth would anyone purchase something from the online apple store? Or the apple store in the mall? Use these as resources or for last minute emergency situations.

Is there any utility out there that I can add to System 7 Today so that my visitors can get in on the folding fun?
If not, somebody should make one.

I work in a graphic arts firm that often has to create presentations for our clients. We design on the Mac, but due to inconsistencies in PC PowerPoint versus Mac PowerPoint, we only create the graphics in OS X, then import them into a PC PowerPoint application to create it. Too many funky issues if we don't.
I always have that problem with PowerPoint at school... it never shows images right (says something about quicktime). That's why I run a WINE-emulated version of Office 2003 on my Linux box and use 2003 viewer at school.

Motorola originally RELEASED the chip at speeds up to 1.0 GHz.
Chips faster than the originals are expected over time as yields of faster chips improve.
However the switch to a smaller process for the 7455 will allow heat/power sensitive equipment to use the faster chips.

Man, Microsoft pisses me off soooo much. The fact that they have the nerve to blantantly COPY OS X. Vista is a carbon copy of Tiger and nothing else. In fact they cannot even do that without millions of bugs. The thing that makes me more upset is that fact that people are going to be in complete awe of it and they won't even know about OS X and its innovations. Ok, some of Tiger's features were copied (ie konfabulator), but this is an entire Operating system I am talking about. Man, I hope Leopard's features are just out of this world, mindblowing. With that said, I have another two words for Microsoft: Boot Camp.

That is really the big question on all our minds? They say late I am not sure, but Apple could do something like this:
Scenario 1:
Come out with 970's in the last MWNY in Apple history, really making MW one of the biggest Apple events for a long time.
Scenario 2:
Come out with the chip in a special announcement in the October - Novermber area of 2003.
Scenario 3:
Come out with the chip in MWSF 2004.
I personally hope they come out with the chip in MWNY but only Steve knows. Specs? I can only guess:
Low end:
dual 1.8ghz
100gb hard drive
256mb of memory
CDRW
Gigawire?
Graphics? Nvidia Geforce5?
Middle of the road:
dual 2.0ghz
120gb hard drive
512mb of memory
Superdrive II
Gigawire?
Graphics? Nvidia Geforce5?
High End:
quad 2.2ghz
160gb hard drive
1gb of memory
Superdrive II
Gigawire?
Graphics? Nvidia Geforce5?
I think these specs are beaing pretty reasonable, not sure of the waud though, but I think it is a possiblity. Also, with the ability to go with 8 processors, I think we might see some high-end servers coming out of the pipe-line from Apple within the next 2 years.
What do you guys think?

Sebastian Ballas, PearPC's lead developer, said a screenshot of CherryOS shows a variable named "SPIRO MULTIMAX 3000," a nonsensical term Ballas claims to have invented for use in PearPC.
Busted. Fess up dude, anyone who's read the story knows this is a hoax.

cool interface,
someone needs to work on a guide for installation, at least a general one and then we would see this explode
1st place: thanks to everyone for the compliments.
What do you mean an installation guide? For the hardware?

OK, I thought at first this was sinking like a stone, but now that I'm getting comments, I will take your suggestions and crits into account and make modifications. (Like the out-of-sequence abandoning of the floppy and ADB etc =:slaps head:=))
Thanks!
Thanks!

Well, if a hard drive is going to fail, statistics show that it is more likely to do so in its first year. Secondly, I have had more than a few occasions where we do an RMA on an item, not just hard drives, and the replacement is faulty also.
Just as a last note, just because one person has a problem with a machine does not make the model as a whole have a problem and just because you had a problem with a Wallstreet does not mean there is a problem with the iBooks and TiBooks.
