Laser Star Review
This laser star projector is absolutely amazing! In all honesty I wasn't expecting it to be that great. I was pretty much expecting a modified night-light... but I was so wrong. With this laser projector on in a dark room it really feels like I'm looking at the night sky. The stars are just so brillant, and the blue cloud is brillant too. I can't really say anything about the durability of this product (since I just received it), but I can say that it will turn your room into a beautiful universe. The pictures that you see of this projector don't do it justice. All of the green stars and blue clouds are constantly moving. The colors are so bright. I highly recommend this product.

- Not an astronomically accurate sky, of course, but you're definitely not going to care. The unit is approx 11" tall on a 9-1/2" x 8-3/8" oval base and plugs in via a wall adapter.
- The manufacturer suggests a maximum 4-hour duty cycle, white or light walls and a very dark room. Has mounting slots on the base.

Broke after two months - Tom -
A really fun and worthwhile product--while it lasts. I had it for roughly 2 months and used it just like the seller had recommended (do not use for more than 3-4 hours at a time, etc.) and then one day the green laser stars stopped working out of nowhere while the machine was turned on and running. Now only the blue cloud works and the machine on the inside consistently makes noises like it is trying to work fully. However, it is now just worthless.
Fun product but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Paying over 0 is not worth only a couple months use.

It simply doesn't last. Cheaply made. Would be okay for five or ten bucks, but no more!!!

This product was pretty sweet for the short time it worked. After about several hours of use, the motor that rotates the "stars" started making a really loud hum as if it was struggling to keep moving. The lights still work no problem, but unfortunately the whole motion effect is gone. I bought mine from spencers, and I dont know what their return policy.
All in all, this is a neat little toy thats some cool effects to your dorm room, or even a larger room. However the exterior casing seems like its poor quality, and the motor also seems to be pretty cheap.

UPDATE. I went back several weeks afterwards...and Spencers did have a solid return policy. I bought this from spencers online, but they did exchange it for me in the store. Product thus far does work, and luckily no problems.
